"Key Realty Getaways" is a broker-owned vacation property rental business, offering high-quality properties for reasonable prices. Most properties are offered on a weekly basis (7-night minimum). Hugo Silva, Broker/Owner (photographed below with wife Lee Negroni, a licensed Virginia real estate agent) is the President of Key Realty Getaways. Licensed real estate agents personally handle rental contracts and bookings with complete attention to your satisfaction. We have been renting vacation homes since 2001 in Europe and the United States, and since 2006 in South America. Our vacation listings are also available on the leading vacation rental website, www.vrbo.com. We look forward to helping you find a perfect vacation location.

We also take bookings for a log cabin in Colebrook, Connecticut and a 2 bedroom lakefront home in Winchester Center, Connecticut. (Both Colebrook and Winchester Center are in Litchfield County, Connecticut.)
