Many websites offer "by-owner" vacation rentals, but Key Realty, a licensed real estate brokerage firm, manages and rents only properties of the principal broker and family members. You can be assured of a great rental experience in high-end property that is managed as a real "home" and not just a bare-bones rental property.
Key Realty Getways offers properties in Paris, France (Left Bank); Santiago, Chile (Downtown, Plaza de Armas); the Appalachian Mountains/Skyline Drive Area of Northern Virginia (one hour from Washington DC); and two lovely homes (a log cabin and a lake house) in Litchfield County, Connecticut. We have recently added a luxurious condominiums near Cocoa Beach, Florida and a brand new condo overlooking the pool in Coral Gables, Florida (Miami area).
Renting a home or apartment can be more economical than staying in a hotel, and often provides a better vacation experience. For example, you won't have to call room service every time you want a clean towel, bucket of ice or a soft drink. Generally, the property will be equipped with videos, games, and guidebooks. With a private home, you can also vacation with a group or friends or family members, and stay together under one roof. Some of our properties allow as many as 8-10 people at one time! Unlike other vacation rentals which are bare of basic necessities (soap, paper products and kitchen condiments), each Key Realty Getaways' property is "ready to go" with the basics, so you will not waste valuable time shopping when you should be playing! All properties include clean sheets, towels and linens, and some include (optional) grocery shopping and other services (upon request, additional fee applies).
