Stretch out in nearly 600 square feet with a full sunny kitchen (windows to courtyard), large bathroom with tub, living room (windows to street), dining room and bedroom with roomy closets. France and Paris guidebooks are on the bookshelves for your use, along with maps, DVDs, CDs and games. Internet connection is ready. Cable TV with English and other foreign language channels. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make your own meals, for the occasions you prefer a quiet night at home. (There is also an excellent traiteur downstairs in our building and a full service grocery store on the adjacent street.)
We allow 3 persons in the apartment but everyone must be at least 26 years old and no children under 10 years old are accepted. The apartment is NOT handicapped accessible, because you must walk up one flight of stairs to reach us. (The elevator serves only floors 3 and above.) There is absolutely NO smoking in this apartment and no pets of any kind are permitted.

RATES: Rates ($1,200 per week) are based a a minimum rental period of one week (7 nights). Additional nights may be added for an additional daily rate. Discounts are available for stays of two weeks or more. Maximum number of children in this apartment is two. No children under 10. There is a 120-euro cleaning fee in addition to the rent. 25% deposit is required to hold a reservation. Deposits are refundable if notice of cancellation is given at least 30 days in advance. Reservations are suggested at least 2 months in advance for the busy months of April-May and September-October.
