This new high-rise condominium has two separate bedrooms, each with a bath (the master bedroom opens to a 16th floor balcony with city views). There is a luxuriously furnished living area, 24-hour security/doorman and a large laundry room with views of the mountains. There is an internet connection, table TV with English channels, and a workspace with a desk. The excellent metro system is only 2 blocks away (Santa Ana and Plaza de Armas are the closest stations). Grocery shopping, hairdressing, internet cafes and other conveniences are right around the corner. Parking is available for about $10 US/day in a garage within a block of the building.

Pricing and Rental Terms: $1,000 per week, plus a $100 cleaning fee. A security deposit of $300 is required in advance of the rental and will be returned at the end of the rental (providing no damage). Grocery shopping can be done for you before your arrival if you wish (minimum $50). Reservations are suggested at least 30 days in advance. There is a cancellation fee for cancellations with less than 30 days' notice. No children under age 10, no smoking, no pets of any kind. Rates are subject to change without notice.
